DJW worked alongside Tandem Design, who were commissioned by the Mid-Ulster District Council to develop a visionary interpretive experience based on Heaney's life and work, in the place where he grew up and from which he drew so much inspiration.

At the centre of the exhibition lie three projections that show all the stunning scenery around Bellaghy with a tranquil audio soundscape with occasional intermissions of well-respected authors, poets and familiar faces giving their comments on the impact Seamus Heaney had on them. All powered by Brightsign, Medialon and Bose.

Around the exhibition visitors can find tablet touch screens showing Heaney’s poems, Interactives that show the intermissions in the videoscape that visitors can select and watch at their own pace, a recreation of his study in Dublin and other previously unseen items.
